Are there any instructions for the use of Paverpol and Paverpol related products?
Sure! On the website, under the heading DISCOVER PAVERPOL, you will find all kinds of useful information about the use of Paverpol and the Paverpol related products.
How can I order?
You can easily order via the webshop. Add all desired products to your shopping cart. Do you have an account? Then log in. But you can also go through the checkout without an account. You will immediately receive a confirmation of your order by email. We will then get to work on delivering your Paverpol products to you as quickly as possible.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes that is possible. Please contact us in advance to make an appointment. That way you are sure that we are present.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Certainly! When ordering, specify a different address for delivery. We will then ensure that the products are delivered to the desired address.
I have ordered a working method, but have not yet received it. What went wrong?
We send the working method to your email address, normally within 24 hours. Sometimes it ends up in the spam box. Is it not in there either? Then please get in touch.
I want to order a working method, but I cannot select my country. How can I order?
If you would like to receive one of our working methods, we can send them to you via email. Therefore send us an email stating which working method you would like to receive and we shall get in touch with you.
I have a Paverpol Gift Voucher, but where can I enter the discount code?
On the Shopping Cart page (before you go to 'Checkout'), you will see a box with the text Discount code. There you can enter the code that is on your gift voucher. The amount of the gift voucher will now be deducted from the ordered products. Please note: you can only use the discount code once, so make sure you use the full credit with your order.
How can I pay?
You can pay safely via iDeal, credit card, Apple Pay, Bancontact or PayPal.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
You can enter your email address known to us via the Forgotten password page. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
I cannot log in (anymore). Why not?
Paverpol has a new webshop since April 2019. It is built in a different system than our previous webshop. Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer your account from the previous webshop to the new one. You can of course easily create a new account now. Very handy if you order from us more often!

Can I follow a workshop at Paverpol International?
Is it possible to book a private workshop?
It certainly is. You can follow a private workshop with us from min. 4 to max. 10 people. Together we choose a date, time and the statue you want to make. Would you like a lunch with it? No problem. Feel free to get in touch. We are happy to tell you more.
I want to return an item. How does that work?
It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product, or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. For the rates consult the website of your carrier.
I have a complaint, where can I report this?
We of course do everything to prevent complaints. But if it should happen that you are not satisfied, let us know! Get in touch with our customer service
