We never thought that we would own a world-wide exporting company, travel the world hosting arts and crafts workshops, write and publish hobby books about new artistic products. Paverpol literally changed our life! |

After running an advertising business for 20 + years, we chose a new creative route. Looking back we say: "Should have done it 10 years sooner..."! What began as Paverpol - the textile-hardener became so much more... As artists, we fell in love with the overwhelming possibilities of Paverpol, and after working with it for a while we knew we wanted to share this with other artists around the world. Jossy: I started teaching from my own studio for several years, but soon my creative workshops were in such a demand that 24 hours in a day wasn't enough anymore. Then I decided to spread my knowledge by writing hobby books demonstrating the wonder of Paverpol products as textile hardeners and by educating Paverpol instructors so they too, could spread the word about these revolutionary creative materials through their own hobby workshops. From that moment things were ramping up really fast... Jan: I did a lot of research in the national- and international hobby supply market, searching for a similar textile hardener, fabric stiffener, or fabrichardeners. To make a long story short, there wasn't any! Paverpol is unique! Because of my 20 + years advertising background, I saw huge possibilities, so we decided to bring Paverpol on the market worldwide. Now, 8 years later, I can say: "we were right!" Paverpol is the most innovative and also original textielverharder - textile hardener and fabric stiffener on the market! Jossy: Paverpol scored well in a short amount of time and because of that we started to add more related products to enhance its fabric-hardener capabilities, making Paverpol suitable for a wider range of hobby projects and hobby crafts, we called our company 'Josefine Hobbyproducts'. (Josefine is the name I was baptized under.) Now we have a tremendous range of hobby supplies. Jan: We are promoting our product range by advertising in hobby, crafting- and garden decor magazines. Jossy is also an author for many Dutch and Belgian hobby magazines. She creates art objects or new craft work ideas and then writes 'how to' articles for them. She also wrote 5 books about Paverpol and will keep on doing that. She is a major contributor to arts and crafts news! Jossy: At the largest hobby exhibitions worldwide, we show what Paverpol is and can do – demonstrating its capabilities as a fabric hardener extraordinaire!
